1. Processing Time
All mattress orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for mattress orders over RM300 within West Malaysia.
For orders below RM300, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Shipping to East Malaysia and international destinations will incur additional charges.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At ECO LEX MATTRESS SOLUTIONS, your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to review our Returns Policy before making a purchase, so you’re aware of your rights regarding refunds, returns, and repairs. We also recommend inspecting your delivered goods promptly to ensure they meet your expectations in terms of quality and description.
This Returns Policy applies exclusively to purchases made online through the ECO LEX MATTRESS SOLUTIONS.
Return Eligibility 1. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within five (5) working days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted if:
You received the wrong item.
The item has a manufacturing defect (excluding display or clearance items).
2. General Requirements for Returns
You must provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
Items must be in new, unused condition, returned in their original packaging with all accessories (e.g., manuals, warranty cards) and any free gifts or vouchers received.
The product must not have been used or installed.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and other reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Bedding items: such as duvets, sheets, pillows (unless unopened and in original packaging).
Made-to-order/custom products, including mattresses and assembled furniture, once they have been used or installed.
Special orders, display units, auction items, and clearance goods are non-refundable.
Items purchased over 5 days ago.
Products bought for a third party who does not want them.
Items that do not have any defects but do not meet expectations (e.g., wrong color, size, or model, or a change of mind after finding a better deal elsewhere)
Our team will verify the reason for the return and arrange a return pick-up if applicable.
3. Evaluation
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will evaluate it within seven (7) days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
4. Refund or Replacement
If the return is deemed valid, we will offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Invalid Returns
If your return is not approved, we will notify you and arrange the return of the item to you. A delivery fee will be charged for the return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the policy conditions.
